We are seeking a highly skilled Buying Analyst (Bilingual English-Spanish) to join our team. As a key member of our procurement operations, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement activities, including purchasing order management, supplier relationships, and contract administration.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures;">
  • Review and approve purchase orders/requisitions, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with stakeholders;">
  • Provide high-standard order management support to business stakeholders, resolving queries and issues in a timely manner;">
  • Analyze root causes of open orders, shipments, backlog, and accruals, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency;">
  • Troubleshoot invoices with exceptions, ensuring proper resolution and minimizing delays;">
  • Deliver on-time and quality procurement operations, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and internal metrics;">

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or 1-2 years of university/college education;">
  • 1-3 years of experience working in similar roles (STP, P2P, or similar);">
  • Procurement, buying, order management, accounts payable experience;">
  • Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills;">
  • Customer service experience/good communication skills;">
  • Innovative and team player attitude;">
  • Advanced English language proficiency (B2/C1);">

Preferred Qualifications:

Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green Belt/Black Belt) or Project Management certification would be an added advantage. Additionally, negotiation skills, SAP ERP MM/FI experience, and Business Analytics and Power BI knowledge are highly valued.
