**Responsibilities**:

- Procurement Operations:

- Support SDC's need to execute the procurement policy.
- Support SDC's procurement team based in the US create procurement requisitions and purchase orders in an efficient and effective manner.
- Conduct continuous improvement events to improve the overall business process (eg.
kaizen events).
- Improve SDC's payment reliability and ease of execution that enables SDC to lower costs and improve cash.
- Reporting
- Develop and improve reporting tool(s) to support SDC's P2P processes.
- Provide reporting for PO's, invoices, exceptions, payment terms compliance to enable timely decision making
- Improve reporting and data collection to support the procurement team
Qualifications:

- 2 years or greater of experience at a company in Procurement and/or Finance roles.
- Dealing with Ambiguity
- Customer Focus
- Drive for Results
- Discipline/ability to implement structure
- In depth knowledge of materials management business processes.
- Skilled at defining process maps and process instructions or facilitating creation through others.
- Skilled at lean process methodology to support more efficient business processes and drive continuous improvement.
- Strong team building, facilitation, and motivation skills.
- Must be able to troubleshoot systems issues at a detailed level or facilitate troubleshooting.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization skills
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Previous Netsuite experience is a plus
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint functional skills.
