- Escalating issues and adhering to RACM and Internal Controls
- Achieving high customer satisfaction rates
- Improving processes and quantifying benefits
Our Expectations
- At least 1 year of experience in R2R processes as Tax or General Ledger
- Knowledge of tax compliance and experience in ICMS, IPI, II, PIS, COFFINS, ISS
- Fluent Portuguese (speak and write) and English (B2 level)
