About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in finance and accounting. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate various financial tasks, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the completion of projects, managing own time to meet agreed targets and develop plans for activities on own projects.
- Participate in projects that require creativity and analytical skills.
- Ensure audit deliverables are provided timely and to a high standard.
- Facilitate and coordinate quarterly Balance Sheet review meetings with markets.
- Actively support team's value proposition by keeping processes aligned with the delivery model and global standard, adhering to our internal controls structures and help identifying process improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to team effort and assist co-workers as needed to balance workloads.
- Coordinate resolution of any issues, engaging with relevant stakeholders to ensure prompt resolution.
- Effectively coordinate and drive knowledge sharing through a mix of remote interaction and site visits according to business needs.
- Ensure proper documentations on all transactions based on company's policies and procedures in the area of Accounting.
- Prepare basic analysis for external accountants and Corporate Audit and ensure adherence to local accounting regulations.
