We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Relationship Management Assistant. As a key member of our Relationship Management Team, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers and driving business growth.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders, showcasing key insights and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and correspondence.
- Participate in training and professional development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, finance or international relations.
- 1-2 years of experience in a related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and creatively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
