Job Description

This role is a key member of our marketing team, responsible for creating high-quality content, executing marketing campaigns, and supporting internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and skilled in various marketing channels, with a strong focus on writing and content creation.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Create engaging content for employees and candidates, including emails, blog posts, articles, social media content, and more.
  2. Conduct interviews with employees and subject matter experts.
  3. Assist with video and picture production, including filming, editing, and scriptwriting.
  4. Maintain the internal communications and events calendar.
  5. Oversee the technical blog, coordinating contributors, refining submissions, and publishing content.
  6. Support the internal newsletter, writing, formatting, and publishing.
  7. Manage Teamtailor, ensuring the career site is up-to-date and optimized.
  8. Develop and execute email campaigns for candidates using Mailchimp.
  9. Provide events support.
