Regional Recruitment Coordinator

Pfizer is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Associate, Regional Ta to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing key operational components of the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
You will provide onboarding support and coordination for new colleagues and hiring managers, ensuring that they have access to relevant tools, technologies, personnel, and events. Additionally, you will take ownership of all recruitment and onboarding administration assigned tasks and tickets, resolving them efficiently and with a high level of quality.
To succeed in this role, you must be able to ensure process alignment to country legal and privacy-related requirements and deliver against agreed SLA's/KPI's for recruitment and onboarding processes. You will also be responsible for posting campaigns to job boards as directed by Recruiters and providing relevant interview, offer, and onboarding guides, checklists, tools, and templates to Recruiters and Hiring managers.
This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. You must be a self-starter, independent, proactive, courageous, and self-motivated individual who can anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative.
In addition, you will participate in process design testing and support global implementation for new integrated technologies and process solutions. You will also provide support for ad hoc reporting requests as needed and assist with planning and logistics of recruiting events as needed.

Requirements- High School/Secondary Education or Equivalent
- Demonstrates customer orientation and excellent customer service skills
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail and follow through to resolve issues
- Proven written and verbal communication skills; manages internal communications and external/client communications with detailed support and assistance
- Must be a self-starter, independent, pro-active, courageous and self-motivated individual
- Ability to anticipate needs, prioritize responsibilities, manage multiple priorities with tight timelines, and take initiative
- Perform both as a team player and independent contributor
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure work is thorough and accurate (e.g. keyboarding and proofreading skills)
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are essential
- Verbal & written fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience providing administrative support to a team, preferably within Talent Acquisition
- Workday HCM and/or recruiting experience
