To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Effective communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to motivate and mobilize team members;
- A strong understanding of CI, DevOps, TDD, BDD practices, IT/software process improvement methodologies, and Atlassian tooling suite (i.e., Jira and Confluence);
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment;
- Relevant years' track record as a Scrum Master and/or with Agile methodologies such as SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, with Certified Skills preferred; and
- Bachelor's degree (Systems Engineering or related), with a desire to work in an information systems environment.
