Key Responsibilities

  • Organic Product Review:
    • Review relevance between search queries and organic products based on Content Guidelines.
    • Check quality and accuracy in detail.
    • Analyze data and evaluate trends/patterns.
    • Recommend generic patterns to be translated into rules.
  • Training & Coaching:
    • Coordinate training and mentoring sessions.
    • Periodically review new hires' work with guidance from supervisors and provide ongoing feedback.
    • Develop training materials for the team and lead training and development.
  • Maintaining Updates & Documentation and Monitoring Workflow:
    • Escalate questions or issues from the team regarding processes and cascade updates.
    • Prepare and maintain training documents, Wiki pages, SOPs, and other documents.
    • Prepare weekly process reports and send them to concerned parties.
    • Monitor workflow and reassign tasks within the team, handle shift issues, daily standups, updates, and escalations.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) to maintain reports and metrics.
  • Flexibility to work in night shifts and rotational weeks off.
  • Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce).
  • Strong background in web search and various ways used for searching information.
  • Advanced computer skills using various programs highly desired.
  • Prior experience in online advertising preferred.
