Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Construction Operations Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing construction operations, managing resources, and ensuring project success.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the construction team to plan, coordinate, and execute construction projects.
- Develop and implement resource allocation strategies to optimize project outcomes.
- Monitor project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, reporting any issues promptly.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Civil Engineer, or Site Engineer (5 years minimum).
- In-depth understanding of construction procedures, project management principles, and quality control measures.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards and protocols.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and construction/project management software.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ambitious personality with a can-do attitude.
- A team player with leadership potential.
- BSc/BA in Civil Engineering, Building Science, or related field (required).
- Willingsness to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- 4 years of experience in construction management (required).
- Civil Engineer License (desired).
- Proficiency in Spanish and English languages.
