**Job Overview**

As a Senior General Accountant at 3M, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. This position requires a highly skilled professional with experience in accounting, financial analysis, and process improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

  • Analyze and interpret account records to identify variances and discrepancies.
  • Reconcile balance sheet and cash accounts to ensure accurate records.
  • Prepare and analyze daily cash position reports to inform business decisions.
  • Manage the Construction in Progress account and calculate monthly depreciation and AFD.
  • Reconcile intercompany receivables and payables accounts, bank accounts, and trade receivables and payables accounts.

**Requirements**:

  • +4 years of continuous experience in Accounting (General Ledger).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Fluent English (B2+).
  • Experience in process transition from outside countries.
  • Knowledge proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working with SAP.
