The role of the Dynamics F&O Technical Support Specialist is to provide expert technical support to customers and partners, ensuring seamless interactions with our cloud-based ERP systems. As a technical support specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing complex issues, identifying root causes, and implementing effective solutions. Your exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will enable you to escalate issues as needed and provide timely feedback to improve our products and services.
We are seeking an individual with a strong background in ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, and experience working in a customer-facing role. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be essential in providing top-notch support to our customers. If you have a passion for lifelong learning, a commitment to quality, and a desire to be part of a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers and partners on Microsoft Dynamics F&O ERP systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex issues related to ERP solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and implement effective solutions
- Escalate issues as needed and provide timely feedback to improve products and services
- 2+ years of experience in ERP systems like Dynamics, SAP, PeopleSoft, NetSuite ERP, Oracle ERP Cloud, Epicor, and/or related
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows and Linux)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Active Directory
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
