**Job Description**
The HR Technology Systems Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and advancing Arrow's usage of HR technology solutions. This position is part of the Global HR Team and reports directly to the HR Director.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing day-to-day support for complex HR technology systems, including researching and resolving problems, unexpected results, or process flaws. Additionally, they will provide support to HR Technology System Administrators and facilitate escalation to higher-level analysts as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day support for complex HR technology systems.
- Research and resolve problems, unexpected results, or process flaws.
- Support HR Technology System Administrators and facilitate escalation to higher-level analysts as needed.
- Evaluate system change requests to optimize Arrow's global usage of existing HR technology solutions.
- Manage and implement small system changes following HR Technology's change management and delivery processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a closely related field.
- 3-5 years of HR technology experience preferred with direct responsibility in the areas of HR systems administration or maintenance and system configuration.
- Aptitude for working with HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Experience working with Workday is required.
- Experience supporting or configuring ServiceNow, Cornerstone, or SharePoint is an advantage.
