Job Description

The person filling this role in our organization will join a world-class Information Security, Risk and Compliance team focused on the ongoing design, implementation, and support of our IT Cybersecurity infrastructure.

You will help support the day-to-day operations of the company through the operation and maintenance of security technologies.

  • Respond to break & fix support cases for our security technologies, escalated by Service Desk agents or other IT infrastructure workflows.
  • Support troubleshooting cases, marked as problems, related to Active Directory, SSO, MFA and other similar security technologies.
  • Process user requests related to issuing certificates, system changes, and internet access reviews among others.
  • Comply with the SLA's defined for the different support and request queues.
  • Serve in an on-call rotation, including evening or weekend hours.
  • Document and/or provide feedback for current and new process knowledge articles.
Basic Qualifications

- University Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or related field from a recognized college or university or equivalent work experience

- Minimum three (3) years of experience supporting IT network and/or IT infrastructure services and platforms.

- Knowledge of Active Directory, MFA, SSO or similar technologies.

- Knowledge of database querying and management.

- Fluent in speaking and writing English.

Preferred Qualifications

- Three to four (3 - 4) years of experience working on supporting Active Directory, MFA, SSO for large-scale deployments (~10,000+ users).

- Hands-on experience managing windows servers through PowerShell.

- Experience managing Linux servers through bash or scripting language.

- Knowledge of mainframe management.

- Knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change and Release management.

- Experience working in IT at a global organization.
