We are looking for a skilled Healthcare Technical Support Representative to join our team at Limitlessli. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting geriatric patients with syncing their medical devices to WiFi or Bluetooth and uploading their vitals to a computer system.

To be successful in this position, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively with patients, clients, and management. You should also have at least 2-3 years of technical support experience, preferably in the US healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect patient medical devices accurately
  • Support patients with device functionality and features
  • Document interactions and activities clearly
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned
