Key Responsibilities

  • Understand global business processes associated with Oracle Core HR, Oracle Self-service HR, Oracle Absence Management, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor, Applaud Solutions & Integration with various HR applications & corporate systems.
  • Review and provide solutions for business requirements that are raised.
  • Develop and code as per Experian standards, including testing and implementing functionalities needed.
  • Work on patch analysis for legislative and other patches provided by Oracle.
  • Collaborate with different teams to investigate and resolve issues within stipulated SLAs.
  • Prepare necessary documentations, including configuration guides, functional design documents, technical design documents, test scripts, and test plans.
  • Work with Global Change management teams to introduce changes in production systems.
  • Maintain data security and work in an auditable environment.
  • Support a single global instance for HR & Finance, covering multiple countries.
  • Work in a multi-lingual and culturally diverse environment, including peers and customers.
  • Adhere to flexible working arrangements if required.
  • Utilize standard tools and applications, following Experian standards.
  • Collaborate with Oracle and other vendors to create service requests and obtain resolutions for product issues.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree from a reputable institution.
  • Oracle Certified Professional is desired.
  • Prior work experience with complex solutions in a consulting firm or technology business.
  • Expertise in Oracle HR & Payroll modules, including Oracle Core HR, Oracle Self-service HR, Oracle Absence Management, Oracle Payroll, Oracle Time & Labor, and Applaud Solutions.
  • Expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Knowledge of Oracle HR & Payroll APIs.
  • Knowledge of Oracle REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of RICEW components, AME, and Web ADI.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fast Formulas.
  • Experience working in CI/CD environments with strict change controls.
  • 1+ years of experience in Java programming would be an added advantage.
  • Well-versed with tools like SQL Developer, TOAD, Workflow Builder, and BI Publisher.
  • Experience with automated code deployment tools like Jenkins.
  • Experience with automated testing tools like TOSCA, HP ALM, OATS, and Selenium.
  • Experience with migration from EBS to Oracle Cloud or supporting Cloud operations would be an added advantage.
  • Experience with configuring Service Now for HR case management would be an added advantage.
  • Experience working with Global teams in a 'follow the sun' model.
  • Experience working with business users independently.
  • Fluent English-speaking professional.
  • Good client-facing skills.
  • Consistently deliver great results.
