Job Summary:
The Associate Recruiter will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to Auxis. This includes developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the candidate pipeline, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Coordinate with hiring managers to develop and implement interview plans, including interview guides and assessment tools
- Manage the offer extension and onboarding processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of employment contracts and other necessary documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, TA, HR, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of recruitment software and systems, including ERP systems and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to communicate complex information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
