About the Role: We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the development and implementation of processes that drive business results in our IT SD&O function. As the Service Delivery Process Alignment specialist, you will be responsible for driving process excellence, team development, and communication across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive process framework that outlines roles, responsibilities, and expectations.
  • Establish and implement performance metrics and dashboards to measure process adoption and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of processes and minimize disruptions.
  • Liaise with Knowledge Management team to ensure accurate documentation and publishing of processes.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on new processes and best practices.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, including IT SD&O management, regional leads, and business unit representatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as IT, Engineering, Communications, or Business.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Service Delivery and Operations function, Finance function, or General IT.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and leadership experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Advanced English language proficiency, with additional languages an asset.
