About the Role
You'll be part of our Latin America Digital Product management team, acting as a liaison between business and product teams.
Your responsibilities will include gathering and structuring requirements for new product initiatives, conducting user acceptance testing, and engaging with local teams/stakeholders to identify business opportunities and legal requirements.
You'll work closely with product managers to support design and prioritization of projects within the roadmap and document new product and feature launches.
Additionally, you'll engage in performance tracking and assessment of overall product health, including follow-up on bugs and issues.
This role requires minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Product/Business Analyst or Tester for a digital service company.
You should demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to break down complex problems into parts.
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Project Management, or related field is highly preferred, as well as knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills are a must, including written and verbal English (Level C1 - 80% min).
Experience using Amplitud, Jira, and/or Confluence is a plus.
