Experian, the world's leading global information services company, is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer Lead to join our team. As a key player in our Chief Risk Office, you will play a crucial role in driving our Operational Risk Management agenda forward.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in leading the instructional design and development of comprehensive learning solutions utilizing multiple delivery vehicles. They will be able to consult with process and policy owners to support the building and implementation plans for delivery of content and structuring of curricula.
We are looking for someone who applies sound instructional design and adult learning principles to the design and development of all learning assets. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge in determining business needs, conducting training needs analysis, crafting learning objectives, curating content to meet those objectives, creating assessments, measuring ROI.
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong proficiency with Articulate 360 and Microsoft Office 365, Camtasia and Vyond. Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
The Instructional Designer Lead will act as a liaison between business and external e-learning suppliers, as needed. Willingness to learn how to manage our Learning Management System (LMS) - Cornerstone OnDemand is also required.
Please note that adherence to all regulatory requirements within role responsibility and escalation of issues quickly is crucial. Proactive identification of risks and making recommendations to mitigate these is also essential.
