**Your Role and Responsibilities**

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 4+ years of experience in Instructional Design
- 5+ years of experience leading global project teams
- Proven attention to detail and follow through skills
- Experience managing, supervising others
- Experience working with offshore, hybrid (onshore/offshore), and virtual teams
- Experience consulting with senior business leaders on training/development projects

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Be a result driven individual with a growth mindset
- Experience in using the following tools: Virtual Classroom tools (WebEx,..etc.
), Large group (20+ participant) video conferencing solutions, Off-the-shelf simulation, branching scenario tools (e.g., BranchTrack), MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel), Camtasia, Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Videoscribe, Audacity (Audio recording/editing), LVC Tools (Blackboard Collaborate, IBM Meetings, Zoom), Box, Jira, Slack, Mural
