Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sourcing Senior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills, as well as strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute sourcing and supplier management strategies, create and manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFI), Request for Quotes (RFQ) and eAuction events.

  • Negotiate and draft contract terms and conditions, including fees, payment terms, and document business requirements.
  • Analyze supplier proposals and develop reports or PowerPoint presentations illustrating saves or increases in expenses.
  • Identify baseline spend analysis and work with suppliers to consolidate information and perform ad hoc spend requests.
Qualifications
  • English level advanced
  • Bachelor university degree completed
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience related to sourcing
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
