Appops Engineer

Imprivata is a leader in healthcare technology, and we're seeking a skilled Appops Engineer to join our team.

The Appops Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining engineering-level knowledge of the Identity Governance product. This includes diagnosing complex issues, identifying fixes, and contributing to the product code base.

• Improve product quality and performance.
• Provide engineering escalation support.
• Interact with customers to resolve escalations.
• Work with Development and QE teams to identify and document bugs and improvements.
• Create knowledge base articles/documentation.
