We accelerate Finance Transformation by enabling a data-driven and digital culture. As a Lead Automation Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of two in the execution of automation initiatives within the finance organization. Your responsibilities include translating business requirements into an optimal automation solution with minimal supervision, leading the documentation of business and technical requirements for RPA and other automation solutions, and reviewing existing automation solutions to incorporate best practices.
You will maintain data models and dashboards to track automation KPIs, provide automation advisory/consultancy/training to team members and business stakeholders, and deliver on a multi-year SOX automation control roadmap. You will make decisions appropriate for your level of responsibility, raise concerns to the appropriate level of management, and keep management informed of activities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of automation experience in FP&A, business intelligence, or other relevant field
- Proficiency in Automation Anywhere required, additional automation tool knowledge a plus (Blue Prism)
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or other quantitative/technology field
