Construction Engineer Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Engineer Administrative Assistant to join our team at ATSG Corporation. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our construction engineering team, ensuring the smooth execution of projects and maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the construction engineering team, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects and tasks.
- Develop and maintain accurate records and databases to track project progress and performance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, including budgeting and scheduling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
- U.S. citizen, TCN, or LN.
- MRPT certification or RSO Clearance for foreign nationals.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- FSI Level 3/3, English.
- FSI Level 4/4, Spanish.
- At least five (5) years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and Power Point, and the ability to learn new software, as required.
- Previous government, law enforcement or project management experience preferred.
