As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, maintaining high-quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
**Responsibilities & Requirements:**
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and progress reports.
- Analyze project risks, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop mitigation strategies.
**Qualifications & Skills:**
- +4 years of experience in Project Management, Agile methodology (Scrum), DevOps, and demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.
- Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project objectives.
- Demonstrated ability in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management, project management, business process mapping or operational redesign/improvement, and full understanding of software development lifecycle best practices.
- Professional certifications in Project Management, such as PMP or PRINCE2, and experience with JIRA, Agile tools, and software development methodologies.
**Desirable Experience:**
- Self-motivated and directed, ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment, strong customer service orientation, and experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Master's degree in computer science engineering or related field, and experience in software development, IT, or a related field.
