**Job Summary:**

As a key member of the Procurement team, this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of fully executed supplier procurement programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving program optimization and growth, managing supplier performance and relationships, and developing strategies for risk mitigation, business continuity, and cost management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide daily oversight and management of key procurement programs that support ongoing business functions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and category owners to ensure category program operations are meeting expectations.
  • Set up and administer pulse surveys to assess business and supplier engagement/satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive program efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Manage supplier performance and relationships, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Partner with suppliers in strategic development and relationship-building.

**Competencies:**

  • Expertise in program management and supplier relationship management.
  • Robust project management skills and capabilities (planning tools, defining deliverables, business case development).
  • Experience in defining and tracking metrics and developing processes to monitor and improve program performance.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills.
