Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Linux Support Engineer to join our team at Oracle. As a key member of our Support organization, you will be responsible for delivering post-sales support and solutions to our customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Linux systems administration and troubleshooting, with experience managing and supporting large-scale Linux environments. You will work closely with customers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Value-Added Resellers (VARs) to resolve complex technical issues related to the installation, maintenance, and use of Oracle products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and electronic means.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Oracle products.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Oracle products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve customer issues.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of relevant industry experience in Linux systems administration and troubleshooting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
