The Indirect Procurement Manager is responsible for coordinating indirect purchases, developing and executing long-term strategies to optimize quality, cycle/response time, technology, risk, and total cost. This role involves managing current supplier issues, mitigating risk, leveraging technology and purchase power, improving processes and systems, and reducing overall cost of ownership and acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize indirect procurement processes
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor performance
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
- Conduct data analytics, segment suppliers, forecast demand, and identify baselines that meet prioritized business requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in procurement, sourcing, or a related field
- Advanced English language skills
- ERP knowledge (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
