Job Summary
The Business Excellence Manager will be responsible for coordinating direct and indirect resources to identify, analyze, design, implement, track, and sustain operational and strategic projects that deliver a Business Enabler or Financial Impact on the plant. This includes influencing multi-functional teams to deliver tangible business results through the application of methodologies such as JJPS, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinate direct and indirect resources to identify, analyze, design, implement, track, and sustain operational and strategic projects.
- Influence multi-functional teams to deliver tangible business results through the application of methodologies such as JJPS, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing.
- Provide leadership to advance the Business Excellence strategy across the Business Units and Support Groups.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree in an Engineering field is required.
- A Six Sigma Green Belt is required, a Certified Black Belt is preferred.
- Requires 5-7 years of related experience.
- Experience including both Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, people management expertise, and strong multi-functional business acumen is required.
