The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Developing, recommending, and implementing human resources policies and procedures;
  • Acting as a trusted advisor and sounding board to senior management on complex employee issues and employee legal matters;
  • Partnering with the extended global HR team and leaders to drive implementation of strategies and programs;
  • Developing and mentoring HR team members;
  • Providing guidance to HR team on all ISO and BMS processes to ensure that team is trained and compliant;
  • Coordinating global HR and Operations teams to update production compensation plans;
  • Analyzing annual benefits report and making recommendations for benefits renewal for applicable locations;
  • Providing guidance and assistance with any company-related immigration matters globally as required;
  • Facilitating Health and Safety procedures to ensure compliance to legislations.
