Your Role Summary

You'll be passionate about groundbreaking technology and helping customers and peers succeed. You'll partner with Account Managers and Solution Engineers in this customer-facing role to deliver key activities that support the evaluation of our products and solutions. This includes researching and responding to RFIs/RFPs, delivering customer-facing workshops, and working closely with internal teams after the sale to assist customers with adopting our products and solutions.

What You'll Get to Do

  • Partner with Account Managers and Solution Engineers to deliver key activities that support the evaluation of our products and solutions.
  • Research and respond to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs.
  • D Deliver customer-facing workshops to enable our customers to learn about our technology.
  • Lead discovery calls to identify customer requirements.
  • Work with customers across North and South America and internal teams after the sale to assist them with adopting our products and solutions.
  • Learn the skills to identify customer requirements, deliver demonstrations of our capabilities, and use our business value platform to correctly size licenses and establish the value of our solution.
  • Work closely with the GSS team to develop and continually improve working practices, best practices, GSS processes, and procedures.

Must-have Qualifications

  • You should ideally have either some experience in selling and supporting software products to IT organizations or have experience using or supporting technology in a business setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both written and oral, and an ability to communicate complex ideas to all levels of the business.
  • A confident and comfortable presenter interested in developing these skills further.
  • Ability to be organized and analytical, and will be able to eliminate sales obstacles using creative and adaptive approaches.
  • Comfortable working for a dynamic technical organization with a fast-growing customer base.
  • Familiarity with programming or scripting is a plus.
  • Desire to learn, grow, and be a part of our expanding and dynamic team.
  • Spanish or Portuguese speaker (professional level).
