Job Description

We are seeking a Transformational Leader to join our team in Ppi Business System. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and maturing the PPI Business System (Strategy Deployment, tiered management systems, Gemba walks, and leader standard work) and other Lean/ Six Sigma tools to facilitate the transformation and optimization of systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support design and implementation of Transformation program and deliver identification and prioritization of activities impacting processes at world class levels.
• Drive impactful results directly linked to leader's key performance indicators beyond simple problems and projects.
• Drive digital transformational programs in Shared Services environment leveraging use of VSM and Kaizen abilities.

• Strong social skills and the ability to connect with and positively influence leadership and all levels of the organization.
• Extensive experience and a 'hands-on' track record of implementing successful year-over-year results using metric based methods and TPS-based business systems in a TRANSACTIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
