The Job Description
- Assist in maintaining the localization production flow, preventing any obstacles.
- Foster communication between internal teams and external vendors.
- Track and manage localization production distribution lists, addressing requests from multiple stakeholders.
- Oversee timely and critical localization tasks.
- Collaborate with the technical producers team to stay informed about upcoming projects and ensure readiness.
- Keep external language service providers updated on upcoming work or changes.
- Resolve tool and project issues promptly.
- Handle translation requests through JIRA intake.
- Cocreate localization projects from inception to completion, working closely with relevant teams.
- Evaluate project risks and devise mitigation strategies when necessary.
- Establish clear expectations with clients, colleagues, and suppliers.
- Take full responsibility and hold others accountable as well.
- Attend project/client/business partner meetings and calls.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and distribute meeting records.
- Ensure prompt action item follow-up and coordination.
- Promote knowledge sharing and process refinement.
