At TransUnion, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a cloud infrastructure engineer. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions, ensuring maximum efficiency and security.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design and implement cloud-based infrastructure solutions in AWS or GCP.

- Automate infrastructure build and deployment processes using automation best practices.

- Monitor and maintain production and non-production systems to ensure optimal performance.

- Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

- Participate in rotational on-call duties to ensure 24/7 support.

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in Linux/Unix environments, with at least 1 year of SRE/DevOps production operation in large-scale, Internet-facing infrastructure.

- Good knowledge of Linux operating systems (RHEL/CentOS/Debian) and its fundamentals.

- Experience with AWS/GCP certification or solution architecture certification is a plus.

- Experience in continuous integration, continuous deployment.

- Knowledge of DevOps tools Jenkins, Git, Jira.

- Experience in working in/with Agile processes and tools, such as Jira.

- Ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and prioritize work against competing deadlines and changing business priorities.

What You'll Bring:

As a cloud infrastructure engineer at TransUnion, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure solutions to automating infrastructure build and deployment processes. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining production and non-production systems to ensure optimal performance, as well as developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

This is a remote position that may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
