**Job Description:**

The Financial Operations Associate will be responsible for capturing and inputting data accurately, tracking financial risks, and providing administrative support across multiple time zones. This role requires strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and intermediate skills in Excel.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and input data in our customer's proprietary software
  • Track financial risks associated with event cancellations
  • Maintain/Scan all records, files, and backup documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of data entry experience
  • Knowledge of the Life Sciences industry
  • Good follow-through on goals, plans, and projects
