As a Design Manager at Boston Consulting Group, you will be part of a dynamic team that combines strategic thinking, user experience expertise, and visual design to deliver breakthrough products that inspire and engage. With a deep understanding of design thinking and human-centered design, you will work closely with consultants and clients to shape our brand through premium designs that elevate our work. Your role will involve leading and guiding a team of designers, providing creative direction, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities• Lead and manage a team of designers to deliver innovative design solutions that meet business objectives
• Provide creative direction and guidance to designers to ensure high-quality design solutions
• Collaborate with consultants and clients to understand business challenges and develop design solutions that meet their needs
• Develop and implement design strategies that align with business objectives
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure our designs are cutting-edge and effective

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field
• 6-8 years of experience in a professional services environment, design startup, or design agency
• Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, industry-standard prototyping tools, and MS Office
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates your creative thinking and design aesthetics
• Experience with AR/VR wearables and/or IoT devices is a plus
• Experience with 3D and motion design is a plus
