We are seeking a skilled Corporate Credit Risk Professional to join our team at Stryker. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in managing credit risk and ensuring the financial stability of our organization.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective credit risk management strategies to minimize potential losses and protect our cash flow.
- Evaluating customer creditworthiness by analyzing financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data.
- Managing credit limits, following up on orders not being released, and conducting annual reviews to ensure compliance with company policies.
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to support business decisions and mitigate risks.
- Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, customer service, and collections, to resolve issues and improve processes.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with credit analysis software.
- A strong understanding of credit risk management principles and practices.
