We're a values-driven team that's passionate about innovation and collaboration. We're looking for a UX Researcher to join our team and help us drive product success through user-centered design.

What We're Looking For

You'll be responsible for planning and executing user research activities to gain deep insights into user behavior, needs, and pain points. This will involve conducting qualitative and quantitative research, collaborating with product managers and designers, and synthesizing research findings to inform product development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Conduct user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analytics analysis to gain a deep understanding of user needs and pain points.
2. Collaborate with product managers and designers to identify research questions and define research goals.
3. Communicate research findings to stakeholders through clear and impactful reports and presentations.
4. Work with the design team to generate personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes based on research insights.
5. Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the product development process.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in UX design tools and software, such as Dovetail and Figma.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present research findings to diverse stakeholders.
