At Te Connectivity, we are committed to delivering exceptional results through our Facilities Team. As a key member of this team, the Facilities Maintenance Supervisor II plays a vital role in ensuring the optimal operation of facilities and process equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage maintenance procedures and actions to ensure seamless facility operations.
- Coordinate maintenance resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
- Closely monitor critical KPIs, including OEE, OPEX budget control, energy consumption, and equipment availability.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A degree in Maintenance, Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electric Engineering.
- 5+ years of experience in equivalent positions.
- Proven problem-solving techniques and analysis skills.
- CM/PM practices and personnel management expertise.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
