Job Description

This Residence Inn Operations Coordinator role at Marriott International, Inc. provides administrative support to ensure seamless operations in our Residence Inn locations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as basic knowledge of computer software applications.

Responsibilities
  • Enter and retrieve information from computer databases using keyboards, mice, or trackballs.
  • Communicate with guests and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, both physically and digitally.
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office software.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with hotel operations and services a plus.
