Instructional Designer

At 3M, we're committed to innovation and creativity. As a Junior Instructional Designer, you'll play a key role in developing engaging learning solutions for our Safety & Industrial Business Group (SIBG) marketing community and customers.

• Design and develop a wide range of learning solutions, including on-demand, virtual, and instructor-led courses, videos, simulations, tests, and certifications.
• Partner with our Division and Area teams to create customer education aligned to go-to-market models.
• Upskill marketing skills and competencies for our SIBG marketing community.

• Experience in course development for classroom or online students.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field, such as Software Development, Project Management, or Curriculum Development.
• Advanced English language proficiency (B2+).
• Familiarity with industry-standard development tools, including Adobe Suite, Articulate, Microsoft Office, and HTML.

• Strong foundation in adult learning concepts and instructional design principles.
• Experience creating interactive courses using Articulate 360 and producing professional audio, voiceovers, graphics, and video.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
