This role involves several key responsibilities that contribute to the success of Grupo Preseleccion Ely S.A.'s training initiatives. As a Trainer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering training programs that cater to the needs of CSAs, aligning with client expectations.
- Identifying skills gaps and developing strategies to bridge them, ensuring trainees acquire the necessary competencies.
- Maintaining effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, Finance/Admin, IT, TQA, and Ops teams.
You will also:
- Prepare and submit regular reports on training progress, attendance, and performance management.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements to existing processes and procedures.
- Engage in continuous professional development, staying updated on industry trends and best practices in training and development.
