Amentum seeks a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team. This role supports the soft services department with processes, reports, walkthroughs, audits, and administrative tasks.

The successful candidate will have excellent customer service, communication skills, and be able to work under pressure. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with custodial cleaning processes and services;
  • Supporting pest control procedures and supplier escorting;
  • Coordinating waste management supplier escorting and reporting;
  • Managing general soft services suppliers, reports, and audits;
  • Performing administrative tasks such as working orders, coordinating supplier site access, quotations requests, PO coordination, updating supplier databases, and assisting with vendor calendar execution.

This position requires knowledge of CMMS systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office packages. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and effective communication skills. They must be willing to work overtime when required and be able to interact with clients in a professional manner despite periods of stress.
