Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineering Lead to join our team at Intel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Technical Engineering and experience managing personnel in a High Volume Manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage personnel in a High Volume Manufacturing environment
- Oversee equipment maintenance and improve manufacturing processes
- Work independently with limited supervision and manage indicators
- Willing to work on shift (12 hours a day, 4 consecutive days of work followed by 3 consecutive off days)
- Advanced English Level and permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in managing people especially technicians
- Knowledge of microprocessor test and finish equipment and process
- Knowledge of structured Problem-Solving Methodologies
- LEAN and Six Sigma
- Basic knowledge of statistics and ability for data analysis methods using tools such as JMP, and Minitab
