Job Description

This role will have a central voice in streamlining and simplifying DMT processes. The primary objective is to manage manual processes internal to DMT, ensuring that all manual activities are captured accurately and that processes or programs no longer in play are not being actively counted.

You will need to report out on data points on a regular basis to DMT leadership, showing current state counts, reflecting trends and changes over time. To be successful, you will need to deep dive and become a mini-SME in the process.

Responsibilities

  • Thoroughly review the entire manual tracker to ensure accuracy and create a regular cadence with stakeholders to keep it updated in real-time.
  • Drive reduction in manual activities and tasks for DMT by working with SMEs to identify areas to target and determining solutions.
  • Identify and partner with resources to learn about manual processes and potential solutions, fostering cross-functional relationships and effective communication.
  • Inform DMT Leadership on the current status of the manual tracker, show trends over time, and report on activities leading to reduction.
  • Create presentations and present to executive leadership within DMT.
