At Infotree Global Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Recruiter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition.
We require someone who has experience working in a multinational environment with recruitment-related responsibilities. A broad understanding of ATS systems, such as Workday recruitment, is also essential.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent studies, and be currently enrolled in a similar program if not already graduated. Additionally, they should have at least three years' experience in the field and possess advanced English skills (B2+ minimum).
A key requirement for this role is the ability to perform Boolean searches on social platforms and have a talent acquisition background, including headhunting and delivery-focused KPIs.
