Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Manager, Business Technology Engineering to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of our IT engineering functions, including collaboration, DevOps infrastructure, corporate network, client platform, and identity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-native environments and SaaS technologies, as well as experience managing distributed/remote teams and navigating complex compliance and regulatory environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with peers and business partners to build and deliver a roadmap that balances scale, user experience, and security
  • Work with engineers to own the architecture and technology choices critical to successful delivery of our core IT experiences and systems
  • Define and implement engineering best practices to build the most intuitive, scalable, and secure productivity environment for employees
  • Attract, hire, and develop the people required to deliver on our roadmap, with a focus on adaptivity, resilience, and diversity
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in roles of similar scope, preferably within technology companies
  • Demonstrated experience as a meticulous planner and strategist in a similar role
  • Background building around cloud-native environments and SaaS technologies
  • Previous experience managing distributed/remote teams
  • Experience navigating complex compliance and regulatory environments, and an ability to guide the team as they build solutions to meet those needs
  • Excellent communication skills
