At Gracemark, we are seeking a highly skilled Adtech Engineer to join our team. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Heredia, Costa Rica.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in digital marketing and adtech solutions. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of core front-end technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and server-side scripting principles.

The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience working with Google Ads Suite (GCM, DV360, SA360, GA360) and integrating third-party vendors like LiveRamp, Eloqua, Marketo, Tableau, etc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data-driven marketing strategies using adtech solutions.
  • Develop and maintain complex data pipelines in cloud platforms such as Snowflake or AWS.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to influence product decisions using data insights.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and adtech.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical digital marketing space.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital platforms used for adserving, inventory buying, analytics, targeting, attribution tracking, and adtech solutions in the market.
  • Deep understanding of core front-end technologies: HTML, JavaScript, CSS, server-side scripting principles, system architecture, and data pipelines.
  • Hands-on experience working with Google Ads Suite (GCM, DV360, SA360, GA360) and integrating third-party vendors like LiveRamp, Eloqua, Marketo, Tableau, etc.
  • Expertise in conversion tracking models and floodlight tag implementation.
  • Experience in SQL, writing sophisticated queries, and stored procedures (Oracle, Amazon RDS MySQL, Snowflake, Hive, etc.).
  • Proficient in Python scripting and hands-on experience using relevant Python libraries for retrieving and transforming data such as Pandas, Request, JSON, etc.
Nice to Haves

Experience with automation and scheduling tools like Airflow is a huge plus.

Experience building/maintaining data pipelines in a data mart preferably on a cloud platform such as Snowflake or AWS.

Marketo or MAP experience is a plus but not required.

MSFT Dynamics or CRM experience is a plus but not required.

Adobe Experience Platform experience is a plus but not required.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $4,000 - $4,100 per month.
