About the Role

The Global Sourcing Contract Remediation Team Leader will lead a team responsible for managing Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) and ensuring compliance with sourcing legal engagement and contract disposition processes.

This role will require strong project management skills, including tracking milestones, coordinating with stakeholders, and risk management. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience in people management, leadership, and training.

Responsibilities include:

  • Program governance for senior stakeholders
  • Team leadership and day-to-day management activities
  • Subject matter expertise in Contract Review Checklist and contract disposition data quality program
  • Leadership for audits and auditor questions

Requirements include:

  • 5+ years of sourcing/risk and/or contracting experience
  • 3+ years of project management experience
  • Advanced English level
  • Experience in people management
